In honor of our location in Salem, MA we researched the active spice trade during the late 1700's in the Salem port and discovered reports of an early sea Captain based in Salem who specialized in Black Pepper and other spices. We paired the sweetness of a decadent and creamy White Chocolate with Black Pepper and other warming spices like Cinnamon, Nutmeg and a hint of Ginger.  Ingredients: White Chocolate (Cocoa butter, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, sunflower lecithin), Canela (Mexican Cinnamon), Ginger, Nutmeg, Black Pepper and, Vanilla. Soy free.
